Setting Up Instagram Archiving

Instagram archiving captures data for Instagram professional accounts.

What Gets Archived

• Pictures & captions shared by account owner
• Videos & captions shared by account owner

* Please note that collaborative posts cannot be archived due to API restrictions.

Adding an Instagram Source

Adding an Instagram account for archiving is easy! 

Simply click on the blue "Add Account" button next to the Instagram option on your "Sources" page, and you'll be redirected to a page where you'll log into your Instagram account and connect it from there.

When prompted with the access request screen (example below), please do not uncheck any of the options or it will break archiving. Simply click "Allow", and presto, your account is now connected!

* Please note that either a Professional Business or Professional Creator Instagram account can be connected!
