Account Whitelist

We know many of the emails you receive, especially from newsletters, news outlets, and industry mailing lists, don't need monitoring. To make your data monitoring easier and focus only on emails you need to monitor, you can manage a Whitelist of senders for your account.

Adding a sender to the Whitelist will not stop that email from being archived!

Adding a Sender to the Whitelist

When you receive and our system flags an email that doesn't need monitoring, just click "Add to Whitelist" from the flag itself! You can manage all of this on your Data Monitoring page.

Once you whitelist a sender, any other flags in your Unreviewed tab will be deleted.

Removing a Sender from the Whitelist

If you whitelisted a sender by accident, no problem. Navigate to your Account Settings  page and scroll to the "Email Whitelist" section.

Once you've found the sender, just click the X next to the email. In the future, emails sent from that email will be monitored and flagged!
