Updating Your Account Login Email

If you need to update the email address you use to log in, look no further! You will need to be an Account Admin for your firm's account to update your or other users' emails at the firm.


  1. Navigate to your firm's Dashboard.
  2. Select the "Users" tab.
  3. Select the 3 dots (kebab icon) next to the user you'd like to update.
  4. Select "Update User".
  5. Input the new email address for that user.
  6. Click "Save".
