Setting Up Zoom SMS Archiving
What Gets Archived
- SMS messages sent via your linked Zoom account
Adding a Zoom SMS Source
- Go to your Sources page.
- Click Add Account next to Zoom SMS.
- Click Continue.
- Choose the Zoom account you'd like to archive.
- Click Allow to grant our application access to archive your Zoom SMS texts.
That's all there is to it! Anytime you send a text via Zoom SMS, we will capture the text data in your XYPN Archive account.
