XYPN Archive ensures your data is captured and stored from a variety of sources. The frequency at which content is archived varies depending on the platform. Below is a breakdown of how often each source is synced and archived:

Email (Google / Microsoft)

Emails are typically archived within minutes of being sent or received. In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours for all items—including attachments—to be fully archived.

Social Media Platforms

  • Facebook: Archived approximately every 24 hours.
  • Instagram: Archived approximately every 24 hours.
  • X/Twitter: Archived approximately every 24 hours.
  • YouTube: Archived approximately every 24 hours.
  • Zoom SMS: Archived approximately every 24 hours.
  • LinkedIn Public Business Feed Posts: Archived approximately once per week.

Websites

Websites are archived based on the cadence specified in your settings: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
