What does the source status on my firm dashboard mean?

There are three possible statuses for a source: Active, Pending, or Removed.

Active

Your source is connected and actively being archived. All is well!

Pending

There is an issue with the connection for this account. You can navigate to your Sources page and manage your source or reconnect it there.

Removed

The source account was deleted, or the user account associated with the source account was deactivated. If the user is reactivated, they will need to reactivate the source.

Note: Removed sources do not count toward your account's sources quota.
