Logging Into XY Archive

Your account email

We set up all firm accounts according to the email that is associated with your membership. The email that you received your login information to is the email associated with your XY Archive account. If you attempt to log in and receive an error message, you're likely using the wrong email address. 

Please email archive@xyplanningnetwork.com if you need to update your account email address.

Logging in

All you'll need to do is navigate to https://archive.xyplanningnetwork.com/login. You'll have three different login options:

We recommend using one of the "Sign in with..." options if the email associated with your XY Archive account is hosted with a Google or Microsoft property.

Sign in with Google

If you use Google Workspace or have an email that ends with @gmail.com, you can use our "Sign in with Google" feature! Just click the "Sign in with Google" button, and you'll be redirected to Google. There, choose the account you want to log in with, and that's it!

Sign in with Microsoft

If you use Office 365 or have an email that ends in @outlook.com or @hotmail.com, you can use our "Sign in with Microsoft" feature! Just click the "Sign in with Microsoft" button, and you'll be redirected to Microsoft. Choose the account you want to log in with, enter your password if prompted, and you're in!

Log in with Magic Link 

If you use a different email provider (or just if you want to), you can choose "continue with email". Enter your email address, and click "Send Magic Link". You'll then receive an email with a Magic Link that you can click to sign you in. No password necessary!

Note: For enhanced security, magic links utilize a single-use token that expires after 5 minutes. If you don't click the link within 5 minutes of its creation, or if you use IT security software that "pre-checks" email links, the magic link will not work.
