Summary Email
Want a snapshot of what we've archived for you? Our summary email gives you just that.
What's included
The summary email details how many of the below items we've archived in your chosen time period (weekly or monthly)
- Social media posts
- Emails
- Websites
- Total sources
The email will also include how many sources need your attention to be reauthorized.
Choosing your email cadence
If weekly is too much, navigate to XY Archive > Account Settings.
Click on the dropdown menu under "Change Summary Email"; you'll have the choice of receiving the email Weekly, Monthly, or not at all.
