Updating a User Role
You will need to be an Account Admin for your firm's account to update user roles.
- Navigate to your Dashboard.
- Click on the "Users" tab.
- Click on the three dots (kebab menu) next to the name of the user you'd like to change.
- Select "Update User".
- Depending on the user's existing permissions, you'll see one of two options in the pop-up screen:
- Promote user to Account Admin if the user is currently an Account User
- Switch to Account User if the user is currently an Account Admin
- After making your selection, click "Save" to confirm.
