Updating a User Role

You will need to be an Account Admin for your firm's account to update user roles.

  1. Navigate to your Dashboard.
  2. Click on the "Users" tab. 
  3. Click on the three dots (kebab menu) next to the name of the user you'd like to change.
  4. Select "Update User".
  5. Depending on the user's existing permissions, you'll see one of two options in the pop-up screen: 
    1. Promote user to Account Admin if the user is currently an Account User
    2. Switch to Account User if the user is currently an Account Admin
  6. After making your selection, click "Save" to confirm.
