User Roles
There are two user roles in XY Archive: Account Admin and Account User.
Account Admin Role
As an Account Admin, you can:
- Add new sources to be archived
- Remove your sources from being archived
- View your data
- Invite other users to your firm
- Change user roles
- Deactivate other users
- Create and view archives of social media and email
- Create and view archives of website data
Dashboard View
You can view the Dashboard for your firm.
The Sources tab is a list of all of your firm's connected sources added by all users associated with your firm. You can see who the source belongs to, what type of source it is, and the date it was added.
Note: Due to technical limitations, a source can only be reauthorized or removed by the user who added it.
The User tab is where you can view and manage all of the users at your firm. From here, you can invite another user, manage user roles, and deactivate other users.
Archives
Only Account Admins can create and download archives.
Account User Role
As an Account User, you can:
- Add sources to be archived
- Remove your sources from being archived
- View your data
You cannot see the firm's dashboard or create archives.
