Adding an Additional User
XYPN Archive lets your entire firm securely log in and sync their own accounts without the pain and security risk of sharing passwords. You will need to be an Account Admin for your firm's account to update user roles.
- Navigate to your Dashboard.
- Click on the "Users" tab.
- Click on the blue "Invite" button in the top right corner.
- In the pop-up screen that appears, you'll need to input the Name, Email, and choose which User Role you'd like the user to have.
- Click "Invite".
- They'll then receive an email letting them know they can log in.
- You're done!
Keep in mind that your 9 included sources (8 sources plus 1 website) per XYPN member at your firm doesn't limit the number of users you can invite!
