Accessing Your Raw Data (.eml, .pst)

During your audit, your auditor may request your email data in a specific file type, likely .eml and possibly .pst. To access your data in this format, follow the instructions below.

EML

To access your data in .eml format, all you need to do is create a download since this is our native archiving format for emails.

PST

If an auditor specifically requires your data in .pst format, please go ahead and create a download for the date range that you need, then contact us at archive@xyplanningnetwork.com with the details of the download you just created. We can perform a conversion using your created download and get you your updated data.
