How often should I download my data?

Your archived data is available to you in its entirety at any time by Creating an Archive. In the past we've recommended downloading your data more often to ensure your data was being archived correctly and wasn't too large for a download, but that shouldn't be a problem with XYPN Archive.

The short answer: as often as you want to, but you really only need to in the event of an audit.
