Closing Your Account and Deleting Your Data

We're sad to see you go! Thankfully, the process for deleting your account is simple. An Account Admin at your firm will need to complete these actions.

  1. Create an archive for social media and email and choose your date range. We allow data downloads scoped to a maximum of one year.
  2. Download the archive once it's prepared.
  3. Download the archives of any added websites.
  4. Save all downloaded archives securely, according to your firm's own data and security procedures.
  5. Have your firm's Account Admin submit an account closure request through the Membership Portal. The request will then be processed at the end of that month.

These steps will delete your firm's account and prevent any future billing. However, this will not delete your data from our servers. As a service to you, we retain archived data on our servers for 7 years from its creation date.

If you would like that data removed, please contact us at archive@xyplanningnetwork.com and we will work with you to ensure your data is removed from our servers.
